Soon as i rolled back from springy Flachauwinkl, Slo association picked me up for Universiade in Trentino. After 7 hours of Italian style driving we reached Monte Bondone in a nice Trento area. The course was fairly small with couple of rails and boxes, 5m jump and 10m jump, staircase with down rail. The landings were really flat and totally icy, but there is no snow so the organizers and F-tech shapers did a nice looking course. After a successful training i didn’t put my run down in the qualis. Did sw2 on 2 off the box, right7, left cork 9 and swlip 2off the rail. Unfortunately my skis weren’t as fast as the other day so i had many problems with airtime on right7. In the first run landed short and didn’t come around so i decided to chage my run. And that decision wasn’t good since i didn’t count on it before so i put my hand down and missed the grab on a first trick and because of that mistake missed the finals. I ended up being 14th. Now i am off back to Slovenia where i’ll try to ski and work a bit before some snow and filming. Enjoy your holidays and may the snow be with you!
